Contract Administration Manual
PURPOSE:
The purpose of the CONIFER Contract Administration Manual is to provide member companies with this guide to assist with the administration of the Collective Agreement. This manual is designed as a general reference tool and may not address complex and unique issues. Matters of a complex or unique nature should be discussed with staff at CONIFER. Any questions, concerns or comments on this manual’s content or format can be directed to the staff at CONIFER.
UPDATES:
Updates and revisions to this manual will be completed coincidental with Collective Bargaining activity, when significant arbitrations are released, when there are significant changes to labour laws such as the Employment Standards and Labour Relations Code, or any event that requires revisions to the manual.

Each Tab of the Admin Manual has links to each referenced arbitration case below the main heading of each tab. The text of the Collective Agreement, or contract language, appears in smaller size font than the corresponding explanatory notes and guidelines. The manual is indexed alphabetically according to the Articles in the Collective Agreement.
