• Arbitration Circulars - These are a chronological listing of noteworthy arbitration cases which have been circulated by Conifer to provide guidance and insight on matters of collective agreement administration.

• General Circulars - These are a chronological listing of general circulars distributed by Conifer, which provide information on a wide array of labour relations, employee relations or related topics of interest.
